Industrial/ Field visits

  1. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar organized M.Sc. Biotechnology & M.Sc. Medical Biotechnology Sem IV students visit to Microbial Culture Collection, NCCS, Pune on 23rd March 2016.
  2. Mrs. Pritee Chunarkar Patil organized M.Sc. Medical Biotechnology students visit to Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune for the demonstration of the Medical Informatics software on 21st March 2016.
  3. Dr. Vidya Tale and Mrs. Pritee Chunarkar Patil organized visit to Cytel labs, Chandani Chouk, Pune of 40 students on 16th January 2016.
  4. Dr. A.S. Moghe organized visit to NCL Venture Center Facility for the visit and seminar on ‘Entrepreneurship opportunities and facilities for Biotechnologists’ for 40 PG students on 22nd Sept. 2015.
  5. Dr. A.S. Moghe organized a visit to Cytogenetic Dept, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Center, Near Mhatre Bridge, Erandawne, Pune for demonstration of karyotype analysis and FISH technique for 40 PG students on 18th Sept. 2015.
  6. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar organized a visit to Blood Bank, KEM Hospital, Pune for 20 students on 14th Augest 2015.
  7. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar organized a visit to National Toxicology Centre, Pune for Animal Handling Demonstration for 16 students of M.Sc. Medical Biotechnology on 26th August 2015.

  2. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar and 40 students participated in One Day Seminar on “Emerging Trends in Biomedical Sciences” organized by Symbiosis Institute of Biomedical Sciences at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Range Hills Road, Khadki, Pune, on 27th January 2016.
  3. Dr. Vidya Tale, Mrs. Pritee Chunarkar Patil and Dr. Anuja Shanker along with 25 students attended three Days Symposium organized by C-DAC, Pune on “Accelerating Biology….decoding the Deluge” at YASHADA on 19 - 21st January 2016.
  4. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar and 10 students attended the Guest Lecture jointly organized by AMI Pune Unit and Microbial Culture Collection – National Centre for Cell Science (MCC-NCCS), Pune, on Global Fermented Foods and Beverages at MCC, Pashan, Pune by Prof.

  3. Dr. Neeta Bhadekar and 10 students attended Guest Lecture by Dr. Christian Garbe, Managing Director of FIZ Biotech, Germany, jointly organized by AMI Pune Unit and Evolvus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.  at Abasaheb Garware College, Pune- 411005 on "Future of Precision Medicine and opportunities in the field of Data interpretation", on 3rd February 2016.
